Payments are handled by GoCardless. You approve the first payment in your own banking app, and you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee for the monthly payments.
You pay the first month when you order, straight from your bank account through GoCardless. The same step sets up a Direct Debit, which collects your plan price each month after your number goes live.
No set-up fee and no minimum term. Cancel from your account or by email at any time, and your number keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.
Time on calls passed to your phones, and time on calls you make from a phone app or desk phone. Calls that go to voicemail do not use your minutes.
The £1 for the number is collected monthly like any plan. Your minutes are added up at the end of each month, we email you the total, and it is collected by a separate Direct Debit a few days later. Totals under £1 are carried into the next month.
Calls carry on as normal. Extra minutes are 3p each and are added to a later Direct Debit, which we tell you about first. If you go over every month, we will suggest the plan that suits you better.
Yes. Ask from your account and we move you across. Your Direct Debit changes from the next payment.
UK landlines (01, 02 and 03 numbers) and UK mobiles, plus 999 and 112. Premium-rate and international numbers are blocked to keep bills predictable.
